In collaboration with Orange and Brew, Pollyanna has brewed a new beer called "The Morrow Hops" as a nod to The Morrow Plots in Urbana, which happens to be the oldest experimental crop field in the country, and is also the reason the Undergrad Library on campus was built below ground...to not throw shade on the corn!

?A 6.5% ABV West Coast IPA, we used an experimental hop blend called "Cryo Pop" that has all sorts of tropical, stone fruit, and citrus aromas and flavors. We mixed that with some dank and fruity Mosaic and the result is really Poppin' (see what we did there?).
