Blonde Ale - 4.5%
Brewed for the Alzheimer's Walk in Ottawa, Illinois, this Blonde Ale is brewed with blueberry and raspberry purée to give the beer a purple hue in honor of those that have and are currently battling Alzheimers.
$1 from every pint sold of Walk to Remembeer will go to the Illinois Valley Walk to end Alzheimer's.
YUM Series - Strawberry Banana
Fruited Hazy IPA - 6.9%
Strawberry • Banana • Citrus
This strawberry smoothie-inspired New England IPA is brewed with Belma, Comet, and Sabro hops to add tropical fruit, berry, and coconut undertones that complement the strawberry and banana purée. Hints of toasted pastry bread from a selection of Münich, white wheat, and pilsner malts.

Maizonberry Saison - 7.1%
Farmhouse ale fermented on marionberry. This beer has a great complexity to begin with but after aging on fresh marionberries it brings a nuance with flavors and aromas that change with every sip.
Saint
Apricot Grisette - 4.9%
Grisette brewed with hallertau blanc hops for a crisp, dry, and floral profile. We then ferment a second time with apricots to showcase the pairing of this fruit with the spice character from our farmhouse yeast strain.
Da Gummy
Hazy IPA- 6.6%
Who's ready for Get Ready for Game Day!
Da Gummy is a hazy IPA with a blend of Cashmere, Strata, Chinook, and Mosaic Hops. Cashmere hops open up with notes of peach and tangerine rind. Strata hops step in, offering herbal and dank undertones that add depth. Chinook hops bring a symphony of pine and resin notes. Finally, rounding everything out Mosaic hops shine, with their signature fruity character, weaving in elements of juicy citrus and ripe berries.
