In collaboration with Robert Rolfe Feddersen, this beer was inspired to pay homage to the classic hops of our past.. the "C" hops - C'MON NOW!

Our Red IPA is loaded with Centennial, Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, and Citra (NOT a classic "C" hop) hops.

It's only fitting to release this beer on Friday the 13th in October. With its red hue and hop flavors to make this a perfect fall & Halloween IPA.

Rum Barrel-Aged Tiramisu Stout - 12%

Aged 18 months in Great Lakes Rum Barrels. This tiramisu-inspired Dungeon Master is a colossus of flavors. Big espresso notes from the cold steeped Guatemala and Brazil coffee marry with rich fudge, vanilla, and brown sugar of the Ghana and Haiti cacao nibs. As it warms across the tongue, doughy lady fingers linger to an oh-so-pleasant finish.
