READ ON!Enjoy some mouthwatering BBQ and lively music during La Salle's weekend events on Friday, September 8th, and Saturday, September 9th. Aside from delicious food and music, these events will include wine tastings, craft beers, and fireworks. Both events are family-friendly, but please, no pets. Check out the upcoming events.
The 9th Annual BBQ-n-Blues Fest will be on Friday, September 8th, from 4 PM - 10 PM in Historic Downtown La Salle. Bands will begin at 4 PM with the Rib Cook-Off turn-in at 6 PM. Enjoy some of the area's best blues bands and, of course, some legendary BBQ. There is free admission and free parking on all city streets and lots.
There will be additional performances by Steve Cerqua and Crossroads at 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
Head down to First Street to enjoy an evening of wine tastings, craft beers, and cocktails in the beverage tent with delicious food vendors during the Jazz'N the Street event on Saturday, September 9th, from 4 PM - 10 PM. Fireworks will close out this event at 10 PM. This event is rain or shine.
