920 N. Broadway Joliet, IL 60432
815-740-2899

This place is typical of ice cream shops that dotted Route 66 in its heyday, when Broadway was a leg of the highway in Joliet. City leaders restored Rich & Creamy back to its retro appearance from its heyday. Jake and Elwood, “The Blues Brothers,” dance atop the tower wrapped in neon lights. Hours: Monday – Saturday 11 am-9 pm, Sunday Noon – 9 pm. Open until 10 pm during warm-weather months.
