Fresh from the Midwest is a music festival held at Illini State Park in Marseilles, IL. Their mission is to connect residents and visitors with the music of quality up-and-coming local songwriters from Starved Rock Country, greater Illinois, and the Midwest region.

They aim to strengthen the connection between local and regional touring songwriters and bands amongst themselves, as well as inspire attendees and the next generation of songwriters.
